  • Imagination

    The imagination is the actor's most vital tool.

    Over our sessions I will encourage you to let your imagination take flight and fully embody your acting choices.

  • RELAXATION

    Find relaxation with me through simple movement and voice practices.

    Coming from a place of ease will allow the panel to meet you at your best.

  • Presence

    Learn to use text and the body to bring you into the present moment, take redirection and respond.
